Retail is an important and vital last step of performing treatments, every guest should always receive correct aftercare & product recommendation to gain maximum results & benefits.    This will not only improve therapist performance but retention of guests & future bookings.  I aim to bring teams together using their own knowledge and improve confidence to deliver after service through bitesize indicators that excites a therapist’s performance .  This session gives examples through role play & problem solving,  performed in spa area to improve guest journeys through each appointment within a supportive  & friendly environment.

I run a successful beauty business but also enjoy working with Beauty Students/ Young Adults through College talks and VIP sessions to encourage and support new & upcoming talent within the beauty industry offering not only guidance but additional mentoring 121 with students, looking at building a successful premium business as the next step from completing their college education.

My background is Spa / Retail Management with over 22yrs experience as a hands-on therapist, I feel I can offer your students a positive outlook on how to push forward in the beauty industry. I feel the biggest obstacles is building a clientele and rebooking this is something I can help with including holding local events to build a reputation. I partner my business with Temple Spa which enables me a second healthy income from retail sales along with my treatments, I have success stories from students within my teams already and look forward to more.
